Just moved to Brentwood, any tips?

Curious what people think. My partner and I are Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..
