Hey, Just moved here 4 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Brentwood sits at 253.5 per 100K. Median household income is $139,567, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
