Housing market in Brentwood right now

I work in insurance and Homes are going for about $926,700 on average. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
