How much do you pay for rent in Brentwood?

Hello, It's a a smaller city city with about 45,272 people. The median home value here is around $926,700, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
