Is Brentwood still affordable?

Hey folks, Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The school system is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
