What to expect moving to Brevard?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Boston it's average.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.
