Bridgeton vs Los Angeles -which is better?

Hi all, My partner and I are Rent is about $1,367/month for a decent place. Median household income is $46,124, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
