Housing market in Bridgeton right now

Hello, Rent is about $1,367/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 9 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into running, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much reasonable but now it's pretty good.
