Is it worth buying in Bridgetown?

Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,025 for rent here. Median household income is $78,417, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Appreciate any input. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Phoenix it's improving.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
