I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $112,482, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is better than expected in most areas.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Good luck with whatever you decide..
