Brier is underrated, change my mind

My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,727/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? Thanks! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development.
