Freelancing from Brigantine -experience?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Brigantine sits at 11.5 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation?
