Best neighborhoods in Brigham City

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 19,796 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective.

Carson Adams
As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much reasonable but now it's hit or miss.
