Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $259,300 on average. Rent is about $1,272/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
