Brightwood housing prices -when will it stop?

So, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $90,208 in Brightwood. It's a a small town city with about 1,436 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much manageable but now it's average.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from San Diego about 7 years ago. The main reasons were weather and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited high-paying job options

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are stable, gas is improving.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
