I'm retired and Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a social worker who relocated here from Austin about 5 years ago. The main reasons were school and work.
Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- Diverse dining options
Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Road conditions need improvement
Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are growing, gas is improving.
Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Feel free to reach out with questions..
