Things Bristol needs to improve

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. Median household income is $83,458, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,305/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
