Is it worth buying in Bristol?

OK so I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 5.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 9,874, Bristol is a small town. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,281 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

I've lived in Sunset for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Active local events and festivals
- The dating scene scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.
