Things Bristol needs to improve

Curious what people think. With a population of 9,874, Bristol is a small town. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 5.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 9,874 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Atlanta it's underrated.
