Hey everyone, I'm a 32-year-old electrician and Rent is about $764/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
