Just moved here 6 months ago and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $375,100 on average. Rent is about $1,863/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up.
