Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. With a population of 14,673, Broadlands is a small town. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development.
