Broadview Heights is underrated, change my mind

First post here. Rent is about $1,075/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,075 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Broadview Heights sits at 119.1 per 100K. Household incomes average around $99,431 in Broadview Heights. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much wild but now it's pretty good.

I'm a electrician and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 2 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
