Planning a move to Broadview Heights -neighborhoods?

First post here. Just moved here 10 months ago and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Broadview Heights sits at 119.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $292,500 on average. Median household income is $99,431, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I've lived in Sunset for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Great outdoor activities nearby

- Friendly community, easy to meet people

- The outdoor recreation scene is excellent

The downsides:

- Chain restaurants dominate

- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Good luck with whatever you decide..
