Is Broadview Park good for remote workers?

Random thought, I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Broadview Park sits at 340.8 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Broadview Park? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The traffic is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
