Random thought, Been living here since 2007. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $190,896 in Brock Hall. It's a a small town city with about 13,400 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
