Hey everyone, Just moved here 12 months ago and Homes are going for about $405,500 on average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 105K people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
