What's it really like living in Broken Arrow?

Hey everyone, I've been here for 8 years and Homes are going for about $229,300 on average. With a population of 116K, Broken Arrow is a mid-size city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Bought a house here in 2017 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone about the same since then.
