Is it worth buying in Brook Highland?

Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $87,143, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cheers.
