What surprised you most about Brookfield?

Random thought, Just moved here 16 months ago and Rent is about $673/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
