Hey folks, I'm a 43-year-old accountant and Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $419,300, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
