Is Brookfield good for remote workers?

OK so Household incomes average around $124,026 in Brookfield. Homes are going for about $419,300 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in North. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in construction. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Asian.

No regrets on my end..

I've lived in Greenfield for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Diverse dining options
- The pet-friendliness scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
