Studio apartments in Brookfield -options?

Longtime lurker here, Homes are going for about $419,300 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Brookfield sits at 79.7 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
