What I wish I knew before living in Brookfield

Been living here since 2008. You can expect to pay around $1,794 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 41,592 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 1 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I work in education here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is pretty good. No regrets on my end..
