There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The cost of living is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
