Hey folks, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 9.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $660,300 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cheers. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
