Longtime lurker here, I work in retail and Median household income is $73,384, which feels about average for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
