Best kept secrets of Brooklyn, OH

Hi all, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $153,000 on average. Household incomes average around $69,535 in Brooklyn. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
