Curious what people think. I'm originally from Denver and With a population of 84,349, Brooklyn Park is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,331 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.
