Is Brooklyn Park good for remote workers?

Curious what people think. We have two kids and Rent is about $1,331/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $313,500 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 84,349 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to.
