Raising a family in Brooklyn Park -thoughts?

Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 16 months ago and Poverty rate is 7.6%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,331/month for a decent place. With a population of 84,349, Brooklyn Park is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,331 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
