Rent prices in Brooklyn Park getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Brooklyn Park? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1331 for a 1BR which feels okay for the area.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Check out the University District area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Northside and Oakwood are perfectly safe.

Moved here last year. No regrets. The local food is incredible.

If you can afford it, Oakwood is the best place to live. Period.
