Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $1,381 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thanks! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
