Job market in Broomfield for tech?

Random thought, I'm a remote worker and You can expect to pay around $2,074 for rent here. Homes are going for about $631,600 on average. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Springfield. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in tech. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Asian.

Definitely worth checking out..
