Hey, We have two kids and Household incomes average around $121,025 in Broomfield. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The job market is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
