I'm a college student here and Rent is about $982/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $301,000 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
