Top 5 things I love about Brownsburg

Random thought, Been living here since 2005. Homes are going for about $282,800 on average. Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $105,435 in Brownsburg. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What are your go-to spots? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
