Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,405/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $105,435 in Brownsburg. You can expect to pay around $1,405 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,310 people. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I've lived in Downtown for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Close to major attractions
- Good airport with direct flights
- The safety scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Definitely worth checking out..
