Best companies to work for in Brownwood?

Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Brownwood sits at 327.2 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think?

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much pricey but now it's hit or miss.
