Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2014. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $829 for rent here. Median household income is $47,821, which feels on the lower side for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this?
